Burleson Business Park Floor Plans

The buildings feature a 24 foot clear height, dock-high loading and an efficient 160 foot bay depth. The buildings have 277/480 volt, 3-phase electrical service, skylights and ESFR sprinklers. The project is currently designed for 850 surface parking spaces (2.1 spaces per 1,000 sf) but can accommodate up to 5 per 1,000 sf parking for Building I. The park also has a dedicated 2 acre outdoor recreational area.
