Welcome to Burleson Business Park!

Burleson Business Park consists of 400,000 square feet of class “A” industrial/flex space located on 33.8 acres in southeast Austin. Currently under construction, three buildings totaling 326,400 sf will be delivered in September of 2008 while the fourth building will be completed in the spring of 2009.

The buildings feature a site-cast concrete facade with energy saving low-E reflective windows and recessed storefronts. The design of the buildings also offer such architectural elements as anodized metal canopies and distinctive reveals. The raised elevation of the storefront panels creates ample opportunities for tenant identification.

The buildings also feature a 24 foot clear height, dock-high loading and an efficient 160 foot bay depth. The buildings have 277/480 volt, 3-phase electrical service, skylights and ESFR sprinklers. The project is currently designed for 850 surface parking spaces (2.1 spaces per 1,000 sf) but can accommodate up to 5 per 1,000 sf parking for Building A. The site also has excess land that can park an additional 250 vehicles or utilized as yard space.
